at more than 30 locations throughout Bristol Borough
and surrounding areas.

The web version  and the paper copy of each new monthly calendar should be available 25th of the month before;  The paper copy will be available in about 30 locations in Bristol Borough around the 25th of each month. This is why we must enforce the cutoff date of the 10th of the preceding month; so we can get the calendar out on time.

All your events submitted for the BB Calendar MUST be in by
the 10th of the month PRECEDING the month of the actual event.
For instance, events taking place in May must be submitted by April 10th regardless of how they are sent to us.
